About Me
Nikki is the spouse of the company’s owner and runs Oriental Beach Pearl’s restaurant SALA BO CUISINE & WINE.
Nikki has been on board since 2008 and over the year has made a huge contribution to developing the resort. She holds a diploma in office management but her real interest has always been in the Food and Beverages, which is why she manages our restaurant.
